For non-FB folks, I'll summarize. It's a lot of enthusiastic posts & updates, but not much substance or facts. Keeping coy about who is behind it. I haven't found a related website so far, just speculation on several other forums. Supposedly they have investigated and given up on locations in Palmdale and Ventura County, and are now working a promising location in Riverside County. It would be nice if it came true.
