That first sentence says it all. I'm really f-ing tired of the government telling me what I can and cannot do because of potential lawsuits. How about, instead of restricting access and piling more laws and regulations on us supposedly free citizens to keep us safe from ourselves, why not reform the f-ing laws to protect them from frivolous lawsuits?

I don't care what sport you're participating in, if you're doing it on undeveloped land (wilderness or open space) then it's probably dangerous. If you hurt yourself while participating in any inherently dangerous activity then you should be held liable for your own actions, plain and simple.

So tired of the nanny-state bullshit.
