I am so sick of lawyers and the constant passing of laws to regulate and control our lives...no wonder I'm such a rebel!!

the city of san diego has a negative view of bikes. we've seen it again and again. so, who in the city made the call on plowing this?

those kids said they're rebuilding.

power to them!

If I were driving that bobcat I think I would have just added dirt to the Berms or jumps so those kids didn't have to work so hard. What a slap in the face to those kids..... Disgusting.

We should build in every canyon so it would cost to much to bullboze every day. They would have a hard time keeping up and by the time they got back around to your spot you would be sick of it and you could start over. We would not be fighting the city, the city would be fighting us the citizens of SD. Rize up! Fall and bleed on the machine till it slows and finaly stops! This is what they do to our childeren! (fistshake)

Like the kid said all he can do now is watch TV. F that! Somtines I feel like that's all 'they' want us to do is be good consuners, go to work, make money, watch the comercials and buy there crap and pay taxes! Sorry this stuff just pisses me off.

BTW: Don't live to long you will start to cost us money! Watch TV, eat our crap, make us money, get sick and die young!

Now I have to wonder if the city pulled a environmental impact study before
they tore up that endangered species habitat?
It looked like they just created more vernal pools too

That's just down the hill from where I live. That trail space has been built and torn down about five times over the last 15 years. With just a little help, it could be an awesome jump AND pump track. Just down the street from that sits the now-"closed" former OB Skate park. Now, it's a bit of a Thunderdome place....kids on boards and kids on bmx bikes mixing it up, just goin' at it. Literally less than 1/2 mile away. Why can the City look aside there, but not on it's other piece of dirt? I suspect some money is at stake, not liability issues.

But San Diego works hard to keep it's regressive image up. Corrupt, and regressive. Well, at least you know where your City stands. It's consistent.

Yes but remember, Lawyers don't sue people, people hire lawyers to sue other people. Don't blame the gun, blame the person holding it.
