Rogue Bike Race in Los penasquitos on the 27th

The Rangers at PQ asked me to pass along this information

The Rangers at Los penasquitos got word of an unsanctioned Bike Race/Ride on Thanksgiving Day in Los penasquitos; the Rangers heard rumors of about 50 to 100 riders and a group that large would require a special use permit.
If anyone knows of such a Race or Ride please let him or her know the Rangers will be patrolling the area

Interesting in a bad way……..with all the controversy with Tunnels and the November CAC vote on the DMM master plan, a unsanctioned Bike Race/Ride is the last thing we need.

A co-worker mentioned something similar to me and was the first I have heard of a race in LPQ. A friend of his was planning on "competing". Apparently it is a run/bike team format similar to the muddy buddy races. However, this won't be a first as groups have been doing something similar for 5-10 years on Thanksgiving morning.

Bring two chicks in bikinis ,a kids inflatable pool,some beer & BBQ, throw some mud in the inflatable pool from LPQ.
