What happened to Trailforks I’m lost.

They added a subscription fee for some services to fund development of new features. You can still access all features in your local area and on the website but only some features outside that area.

I have used mountain bike project since the black out. I have liked the contributions on it away. I don’t know if it was the use of these apps or old age but I lost my sense of direction.

Both MTB Project & Trail Forks still appear functional on my phone w/o added cost so far, but I was in-area. I like the MTB format better, but the TF emergency feature is great.

I paid the $10 bucks per year for early signers. It's worth it IMHO
