Because Kansas sucks and Texas blows!

Hi y'all, how's it been out there in paradice? It is windy as hell out here, 35-45mph, sucks for riding, but it makes up for the topography. Moved out here a while back to enjoy the slow life and blow shit up, and have been enjoying both. The trails are awesome' cause no one goes through them to make sure they're wheelchair accessable so the terrain is scarry as all get out. And if the trails are easy the park people ok enhancements like jumps and wood structures to be added.
Here is the newest trail added just this weekend:

If you ever find yourself in Tulsa, drop me a line and I'll show ya some dirt.

No offense meant to any one from Kansas or Texas. We all know it's Arkansas that is questionable (Enter banjo music here).

@ Baja what are you gonna ride now? Saw that you sold your bike? That is a lot of pictures to retake!

@ Pete, miss you too buddy. The singletrack here is saweet, kind like tunnels but the trees are taller. There may be an Okie section needed. The amount of riders here is way more than I ever thought it would be and quite a few people have asked what a dirttreader is.

I'll create a new forum space for OK by this weekend. Would you be up for being the mod for that forum? Should be easy.
Do you have any plans to come back here and visit aytime soon? Miss riding with ya man.

Miss riding with you and everyone else, did you get the Lacosta Saturdays back on-line? Might be back during the winter, it snows here and it would be good to avoid that, maybe Thanksgiving or Christmas. It'd be an honor to mod for the OK section. No rush though most of my riding is on the road right now to get familiar with the area and built up some legs again. Try to get the word out about the site though as much as possible.

It'd be a lot easier to slap some Treader stickers up at the trailheads and LBS than to get people to navigate MTBR. Plus wouldn't you be interested to see pics and vids of somewhere completely new?
