I't looked kinda like this...



My 12 year old daughter tried to tell me you s'posed to make pouty scrunched up selfy faces for pics like this - I prefer the "im all deep and contemplating life" look

Absolutely! noticed right off the bat I was improving more. I guess being able to go out and spin at a good cadence / keep a nice reasonable heart rate is way better for cardio than MTB which is peg HR uphill, rest on down - repeat. MTB still more fun though

Nicely done ScottK. I have lost 26 pounds in the last 6 months by doing not much more than riding my bike.
Pretty cool, now if they will only keep the trails open maybe we can lose more.

Highland valley singletrack - it parallels highland valley rd starting from parking area right by pomerado. it's kind of disconnected but with 1m of pavement you are on the hodges / raptor ridge trails
