A little long, but it shows the full descent to the fire road minus a couple of my F'ups.
P.S. I can't embed a Youtube video to save my life.
P.P.S. Feel free to turn the sound off...unless you like to dance!

Nice man! That's a good climb to the top, but worth the descend.

At the bottom by the lake I ended up behind a couple of young Marines that were running/hiking and singing cadence. My goal was to keep up with them to the top and I was able to keep it pretty close. By the time we got to the top I felt like puking and sh!tting at the same time.

You climbed up the trail! Hahah! Damn! I always climb the service road up, and do a loop. Climbing that trail is probably even harder than the service road.

Climbing the trail is absolutely terrible for me, and then I completely forget about it on the descent.

great video, I want to ride that trail whenever I fix my bike. My 29er will have a tough time on those tight back to back switches in the middle but should be interesting

How do you have the camera mounted?
I got a gopro for xmas and have yet to use it cause I don't want it sticking off my helmet.

It's the chest mount. You have to wear it pretty tight and mount the camera upside down pointed at about a 45 degree angle up from the mount. You can flip the picture in the camera settings so it comes out right side up.
