both of you guys are close, but Canaan is much closer. I didn't hurt the whole thing, but hurt it sort bad that it's going to take a couple weeks to heal.

I had an instance not similar to this last week at calaveras. Went off a drop leaning to far back, butt landed on my back tire and slingshotted my groin into the back of my seat. Then I did the same check you did. Def sucked... I hope you feel better soon!
