I haven't been to La Costa in ages and haven't particularly ridden nascar in a while. I hit it full speed at the first go and practically flat landed or overshot everything. Box drop at full throttle hurts! I fucking hate "slowing down" for "features." :) Climbed (and hiked) back up again and dicked around with self filming until sunset. Lovely day. Not a single soul came down NASCAR the whole time I was there.

Ya, I had the lunch ride all to myself yesterday out there.
Trail conditions are dialed in!

I thought of hitting a DH spot but decided to bring the xc bike to work today. Anyone riding LC after work today? Actually, I would probably ride solo again so I could take my sweet ass time climbing and not hold anyone back. My fat belly lowers my center of gravity too much and drags on the ascent. LC at 4:30 (or maybe P Mtn or even just Calavera) today. Go ride!

I promise to txt ya next time, bud. Good cruiser ride yesterday mang. I like that kinda social pace uphills. Descending is always relative. :)

Did the trail gnomes have a streambed alteration permit and started a section 10 consultation for that work?

I'm glad u felt the climbing was social, I'm still recovering :D. All permits are current and posted as requested. No fishing from the bridge people.
