lol! hey, my combined time for the two runs is 11 mins, the last place was 21mins..I rule...haha..and you? where were you? climbing otay mt? haha.

back to regular programming......don't want to steal stu's thunder.

yeah, that was a practice run at the long course....to sum it all up for my first race: four HABs to the starting line, two practice runs, multiple crashes, fried calves and cool peeps to hang out with at fontana...FUN!

my skills suck but it's a work in progress.

i liked the practice run juxtaposed to stu's video. it gave an appreciation to the more difficult sections that stu ran through full throttle like nothing, then caught the dude (or 2 dudes? one to the side along the way?) in front of him. great stuff.

besides, those gopro's flatten everything out and make trails look a little easier than they are.
