So after going down nascar we decided to fool around at the bottom jumps. I know I cant handle the bigger one so I thought the smaller one would be a good start. Was I wrong... I dont know what happened but my friend said when I landed my rear bounced and shoot me forward. Knocked the wind out off me. I might have to get an xray for my left shoulder if it gets worst by tomorrow. I can barely lift it now but I can still move it so I guess thats a good sign. Another thing is I dont know where I hit my head cause my helmet got dented and the foam inside cracked so I need a new helmet. Watching the vid, doesnt seem like a bad crash but man does it hurt now. After that crash I was still able to go up and down VDM but I was struggling with my pack since it was putting pressure on my left shoulder. Hopefully nothing major and I'm able to ride by next week.

If its your left shoulder it looks like you shook your arm out in the video, which to me you couldnt do if there was any serious damage. A few days of rest should do it some good.

Paolo you should have the shoulder check out anyway, at least you're smiling after the crash

Good on you for attempting it. When were out there on Sunday, we could see the mark on the landing where you cased it. You should get that shoulder checked out.

Yeah. Thats exactly what my friend said... That I cased it on the landing... I got pretty much my left side xrayed. Just waiting for the results.

Thanks man! Yeah it was pretty hard. Just hope nothing serious. Still can lift my arm forward w/o being in pain. Hopefully just a muscle or bruised shoulder. Looks like I wont be riding this weekend... When its actually nice and sunny.
