I cracked and went to Dr today. Soft tissue damage and yes, lots of fluid but nothing broken related to this tip-over. Next time I'm wearing the hard shell knee pads AND THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME. That's a great workout and one tough bugger; I know i'll never clean everything on Elbon but its good to aim high and be challenged.
Should be back in the saddle again by the weekend even if its just riding with my dad.

And again, thanks to everyone for the well wishes. What a great bunch!

ive been lucky to of only gone otb and scratched up my forearm. I did that on Marthas last rocky section too ugh. Sucks you had pads and still got banged up.
