Hang in there man. I had an injury like yours when I was 55, Got some cool hardware in there, but I let down on my maintainance therapy 2 years in and it ripped out again. I was doing pretty good w PT and acupuncture/laser, but then I slacked off there too. The result is a pretty damn weak shoulder. |
