Had a partial tear last November and recovered nicely; crashed in late May and tried therapy again but it was worthless. Surgery October 1st, 2 to 6 weeks in a sling, PT starts 1 week post op. I'm still riding :ninja:

A year ago today I went under the knife, I'm about 90% function, 85% strength and I can steer a bike; life is good.
