Thanks for the healing vibes. I'm doing a lot of physical therapy. The Therapist; for such a small person, can really put the hurt on a guy. I am riding the mountain bike, around the neighborhood, no trails yet, hopefully very soon. I see my Ortho Doc. this Wed. I hope to be cleared to ride my rode bike after that visit.
As for the hip. I was able to walk around the Hospital the same day as the operation (with a walker). And to be honest, I felt better on that first walk around the Hospital, than I did walking into the Hospital the morning of my operation. I am currently walking pretty much without a limp, the staples came out a couple of weeks ago all 22 of them. But thankfully, I am getting better everyday.

Here is a picture of my ass three days after the surgery. Don't look if you don't dig scars.
