Bike(s): Developing a damn quivvvvver!
Favorite Trails: Any with dirt!
Had some work done on my left hand on Monday morning. The doctor told me to stay off the bike for ten days. I told him there was almost no chance of me being off the bike for that long. Especially with the Black Mountain Enduro coming up.
Well, it has been five days now....tomorrow I head out on a good long road ride just to see how it feels.
Right now it feels fine (I'm actually using my left hand, and specifically my left index finger [surgically repaired] to type right now.)

It is great to know that at my age, I can still heal up with the best of them!

Rick

Have fun. Be careful & take it easy, ya don't wanna end up with scar tissue, internally.
Hands are sensitive.
From one who's hands are getting jacked up.

Went on my first ride this morning. No problem. Hand felt fine, just using the brake was difficult (left hand, front brake on my road bike.) No brake power using only the rear.
I can't wait for disks to become common on road bikes. Such a better way to slow down....
