Right rib cage maybe bruised, cracked or something but it's not funny when someone is being funny right now...ahahaha.. . aw aw oh. ouch. :)

At mark 7:47 of the vid, I smacked my rib cage solid on the wall of dirt to avoid the hikers. They were cool.

That was awesome (except for the injury).

Is this a well-known spot you can share, or is it a fight club spot? It looks fun!

Jason, PG is not that bad. Just commit and stick to a line kinda trail. I love that kinda trail, as old school as it gets. All bike handling and not necessarily just balls required. The hikers were just lost and turned around. I gave them directions to the fireroad from below. They appreciated it and were continuously very apologetic. It was an awesome day to be on any bike yesterday.

It's as secret as Ted Williams as some people would want it to be yet it's the most filmed spot on youtube and pinkbike that like other people for some reason feel obliged to name with specific geographical reference. With that, PM me for details if you're interested.. I guess that's the PC thing to do. :) I just love spreading my passion of just riding. :bang:

If it only hurts to twist or laugh, most likely bruised ribs or bruised interstitial muscles. Ice it for 20 minutes every hour for the next 12 hours. Then 20min every 2-3hr for the next few days. Keep a steady flow of ibuprofen (advil) to help with any swelling.

Gently push on the rib(s) in question to see if there is a specific spot that hurts so much you may pass out. If so, broken ribs. 3 month's and you'll be 100%.

If you're having trouble breathing, coughing up blood, or about to pass out from the pain... go to the hospital foo!

Hope you're not out of action very long. Your videos have sure helped sustain me through my time in the hurt locker. Maybe it'll give you time to build up that new bike for your better half!
