Anyone know if a Shimano 10 speed cogset will work with SRAM Force 10 speed shifters? For some reason Ultegra cogsets are about 20 bucks cheeper than SRAM 1070 Cogsets.

Yes it will... I'm running Sram shifters/der. on the MTB but using a Shimano XTR cassette and KMC chain. On the road bike I'm just using a bastard chain (KMC) but I do know the cogs are spaced the same. The issue with Sram/Shimano compatibility is Shifter to Derailleur ratios. But the chains and cassettes have similar spacing. Some people even say the Shimano cassettes shift smoother.
