I just started road riding about six months ago, and fortunately haven't had any close calls yet. Still, there have been times when I've been riding on streets with no bike lanes where I've been a little on edge, and that's not even taking into account malicious people like the one in the article above.

I read stories almost every week about another cyclist being hit by a motorist, and can't help but be a little nervous each time I ride...

This is pretty crazy:

Witnesses reported seeing a man in a blue Nissan Rogue weaving in and out of traffic around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday in the city's Mission District. They say he drove on the wrong side of the road to deliberately run down the victims.

What would you do with someone like this if you get your hands on him?

I hope this mofo get caught soon before hurting others.
