I was wondering how long it was going to take this thread to veer down that path . . . .

As expensive as the Renovo frames are, I expected them to cost a lot more -- seems that they would be quite labor-intensive to build. I was also surprised at the engineering. If the website is to be believed, the Renovo folks have figured out how to make wood into a light, durable, and high-performance frame material. And beautiful on top of it all . . . .
