Nice looking bike. A couple of times a year I have pangs about selling my road bike, and those photos just triggered one. An almost equally effective, and definitely safer, way of improving your climbing ability is riding a singlespeed.

Have fun and be safe on your new bike.

Numb hands can be caused by a seat tilted nose down by just a fraction; to adjust it by a micron, utilize a carpenters level, so that your adjustment is somewhat measurable.

^^^ this plus fore/aft adjustment in relation to the cranks can make a huge difference.

Out of curiosity, how does it handle with the short stem?

Good looking bike, BTW.

thanks!

not linking the trek's seat cap design. I have no choice of using other seatpost. tilt/seat angle is a PITA to adjust, and not really sure how I can adjust it. got this:

thanks!

did one ride and the cockpit felt cramped and not comfortable. I am now using a 90mm stem which feels better.

"this plus fore/aft adjustment in relation to the cranks can make a huge difference." . -- yeah, working on this, hopefully small adjustments can make a huge difference.
