Hey all, coming up on April 20th Me and my fiance will be participating in a century ride to benefit diabetes research. I'm supposed to (and will) raise a minimum of $200 and so far I'm half way too my goal. So it took about 9.5 hours or so with all the rests and getting lost a few times. The course was terribly marked. Our team didnt stay together. It broke up into smaller groups and I stayed with my fiance and rode at her pace to make sure we finished together. Overall good experience... glad its over. Gonna be at least a month til I touch my road bike.

The course markings were horrible at certain spots. I enjoyed it. Met a lot of nice people. Finished the 50 mile route in under three hours.
