Doesn't he have liability if he fesses up?

Yes, big time liability according to a couple of articles I read last night. Multiple former sponsors and organizations can sue for fraud. But statute of limitations is said to be up for perjury. Hard to imagine it would be worth fessing up just so you could eventually be allowed to enter some competitions, but then he may be the most competitive guy on earth. And can't envision doing anything else. Or maybe, like Sally Field, he just wants to know we still love him.

What you won't see on the video is the lawyer standing next to Lance.

Whatever is said by Lance, you can rest assured it will be nothing more than a long-considered, highly-calculated, legally-advised maneuver that will serve no one's interest other than his own.

Yes, that is the question! Some phony, tearful confession about doping will be nothing more than his calculated move to get back into triathlons and pursue sponsors. If, and how, he makes amends to those he attempted to destroy professionally and personally is the real measure of his repentance tour.

Bet Greg Lemond is feeling pretty good right now.
