Contador tested positive for 50 picograms per milliliter of the muscle-building stimulant (a picogram is one trillionth of a gram) in urine samples collected on the Tour’s second rest day. The samples were analyzed in a WADA-approved lab in Cologne, Germany, one of the few labs in the world with the precise equipment to allow the detection of such small amounts.

Contador gets credit for time served, so although he will miss year TDF he will be back racing in August.

Ha! I'm guessing before. It's a great quote from a PR point of view, whether it's entirely true or not. I just thought it was good since he neither whined nor gloated.

Good for him, but this all could have been avoided with a better shift. Everytime I go from big to small climbing like he was, I think of him. I can't help it. And my very next thought "... and then you couldn't even get the thing back on..."
