We are meeting at 5:00 pm.
Go 805 south to Chula Vista and get off at the "E st/Bonita Rd" exit, go left on Bonita Rd for about 1.5 miles and you'll see the shop on thel left side.

Hey Baja what route are you planning to take tomorrow? I'm gonna try and get out of work in time to make the ride, but may need to play catch up, LMK. :hello:

Good ride today, but I have to admit that it was a bit hot at the start of the ride.
Met with Paul(Chief Gunner), Roberto(MexBikr) and a bit later Amor(Amor587).
Sorry Paul that you had to get back, we have unfinished business on this route so just let me know when you want to give it another try.
Only a couple of shots today:

A total of just over 11 miles, we finished just before dark, trails are a bit overgrown now days but we still had a good time for sure, thanks Paul, Rodrigo and Amor for coming along.

Next week not sure, will have to look what the weather is going to be like, maybe Hollenbeck or Rockhouse, should decide by the weekend.

For this Wednesday August 25 we are riding the Rockhouse and will check out some new singletrack I saw last week.
This is not a newbie ride since there is a lot of climbing.
Meet at the end of Paseo Veracruz and ride starts at 5:00 pm, don't forget to bring plenty of water.

Turns out that I can't ride next week so the Southbay Wednesdays Ride is ending this week :cry:
We are going to ride Hollenbeck this Wednesday September 1st at 5:00 pm BUT if you are planing on coming please post it, if no one confirms then I ride local instead, not sure I want to be out there by myself. :mrgreen:
Bring plenty of water and come ready for some climbing, this ride might not be that newbie friendly.

So no more local rides? Sucks I dont get home til around 5:30 (depending on traffic). I always see guys crossing east h from home depot on my way home.
