Yes it is BUT since most Wednesday rides will be at Sweetwater you have to come ready or expect to climb and that's with or without Rockhouse.
I had new to mountainbiking people before that come to ride and have great fitness but no technical skills but do great so since I don't know where you stand I'll say if you are ok with climbing you're more than welcome.
This ride is called the Southbay Wednesday Ride and even Sweetwater will be the main trail we want to change location some times, always the same day and time but the the trailhead might change, like the easier Otay Lakes or the fun Bonita and C.V. trails and maybe even Hollenbeck, will see how it goes and what kind of interest we get.

I was going to try and make it today, but had a last minute schedule change. Rode up RH earlier this morning :thumbsup: . I'll try and get out and ride with you next Wed. but will probably try and have to try and catch up since I don't usually get there until around 5:15 or so.
