I will be having to go down to Mission Valley to work on Wednesday and I am looking for some advice/suggestions as to where to go on a 2-3 hour ride. Usually I would do the research myself, but I am short of extra time to do so. After the ride I will be driving back up to North County home....

Thanks in advance...

Balboa park/ Florida canyon is just south of Mission Valley. I have a loop I do there. May be riding there about 6:00, 6:30p. Bring a light. If that is too late you can get around there on your oun, just loop both sides of Florida canyon across the street from the Zoo parking lot, you can't realy go rong. You can make it as long as you want.

That route doesn't start from CM Bl. but you can link up to it from there. You can do "laps" on either the inner (E-ticket) or outer loop to make it a longer ride.
