Hey everybody,

I was curious what everybody's favorite bars, gels, etc. were. I'm thinking of keeping some in stock and I'm partial to Powerbars, but got to stock what my customers like. Any suggestions?

Cliff builder bars are the best for after ride or cooler temp rides, but in warm temps the melt. They are nice because the have protein.

I'm really partial to the Honey Stinger stuff... the only place I've found them so far is REI...

BTW- Eric is an AWESOME shop owner... I borrowed a WTB saddle right before it started raining and Eric said "just keep it until you get a chance to ride it, no worries"... no hassles at all... I say give Eric some of your Christmas money this year...

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

An espresso machine WAS in the works, but that idea got the hammer dropped on it by my misses. Probably a good one on here part though, since I stink at keeping things tidy.

Now I just got to figure out how to appropriate space for a McDonalds and an In-N-Out for Jose at the shop.........

Sport beans!! I love those things because they don't have a funky aftertaste the way Shotblocks or some of the other stuff do.

Cytomax as well.

I know neither are bars, but they are the only ones I can stomach during a ride.

I am partial to Zipvit Banana Bread bars and Bonk Breaker Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip...both are fairly easy to eat on a ride. I think a PB & J sandwich will do about the same thing if done in halves.
