If you're bored of yoga but still want to do something, especially something that really focuses on hip flexibility, then you owe it to yourself to check out what Ginastica Natural can do for you.

Here in the US most people who do it are MMA or jiu jitsu fighters, but in Brazil it is more quality of life and sports in general oriented.

The website is www.ginasticanatural.com if you wanna go there or you can youtube it as well. Or Facebook.

I have really found that it works for me, especially as Super D races are very short, but I think it can benefit anyone as the workouts are normally about a hour.

So I am willing to help anyone on DT who wants to get into it.

Flexibility, movement, strength, balance and breathing are all focused on in the workouts I lead.

I hope this can help and if anyone wants to do it, let me know.

Enjoy getting fitter and better at biking, no matter how you do it!

I couldn't get the website to load (probably just my computer screwing up) but I did find this. Flexibility, all-body strength, balance, and agility? Not sure any of those things would help you on a mountain bike . . . .

That sounds cool. I got super tight knees and hip flexors. Is there some tutorials online someplace?

at the main website, ginasiticanatural.com or on their facebook page they have videos showing technique.

i also have DVD's you can buy if you like that sort of thing.

having had the dvd's and taken lessons before i started learning it better and how to teach it, i would say it is hard to pick up from video.

you really need like at least 2 or 3 in person lessons before, i feel, what is shown in video format makes sense.
