The only training/cardio other than Mt. Biking going on here is; curls; of the 12oz, 16oz, or if we're lucky, the 22oz variety. Preferably lifted repeatedly on the tailgate of a pickup truck, around about sunset on a super San Diego afternoon. Surrounded by friends, some you've just met, all with dirty shins, and dirty grins.
