Post subject:  Cardio exercise

Cardio are best exercises for health and fitness.They not only improve fitness level but also protects body from many diseases.Walking,running,swimming,cycling have amazing effects on health.They burn fats of body and improve stamina of body.These exercises are good for mental fitness too.
They reduce the symptoms of anxiety,depression and stress.They are recommended for controlling different diseases like diabetes,heart problems,obesity etc.I'm big lover of cardio.Have you any interest in them?

It's about time someone stood up for cardio. It's gotten such a bad rap for so long. Who knew that cardio would be so good for you. So counter-intuitive.

No REAL mountain bicyclist exists who would openly admit to be the fan of the cardio exercise. It is simply a major disgrace and loss of character to admit such interest.

I hope you understand my meaning here. It is intended and offered in the spirit of cross-cultural harmony and cooperation.

i must go and ride my Mantis Ghost mtb....but not for cardio....for fun. We all love the Mantis Ghost and we ride them. All of us.
