Well met Luna and Sykes out there at 3:45 and Matt ( kid on DHR ) was there also did one run on new line was fun with drops and jumps , rocks , stopped half way and walked back up . Then we were going to go all the way down and went left to "split rock " Matt leading me behind we come to first rock section and I see Matt OTB on a gnarly rock section . I get closer and see huge gash under his right eye from goggles , blood running down his face . He says his jaw / teeth hurt he closes his mouth and right side touches bottom way before left , speculate broke cheek plate . Called his mom to come pick him up and Luna and Sykes go down and get his truck while me and him walk into local neighborhood . He's a cool kid and I hope everything works out for him and recovers okay then gets back out there doing what he loves . No Go-Pro video as I don't have mount on my TLD D2 helmet .

Yeah, we were having a great time yesterday up until the crash. Hopefully everything will work out and he will be good to go, with some medical care and rest of course. Took is definitely right, Matt is a cool kid and a great rider. I hate to see this happen to anybody. It was a pretty gnarly crash(I didn't see him go down but the aftermath proved it was), he had a good 2-2.5 inch cut on his right cheek bone and his teeth were a little jacked up. We cleaned him the best we could and I put a bandage on the cut. I am just glad we were there to help.

By the way, TW kicks serious ass!!!
