Post subject:  Little bit of Crash Video
Got in a very relaxing ride today. In total did 7.23 miles with Sue today. We took a nice easy pace, but still did a few challenging sections, including the spine.

Well about 4.8 miles in, I decided to have myself a Slow Speed crash and I happened to have my GoPro on at the time.

So here it is for you all to enjoy in full speed and 25% speed!

Yes, Yes, she was! She saw me stall out and started laughing then, even before I went over..
