Isn't that what they yell out when playing golf? Well we didn't get hit with any golf balls but the ride at Lake Hodges yesterday was perfect! We started out at the storage unit area and rode all the way over to "The 7th Hole of the Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe Golf Course". I've never gone clear to the golf course and was amazed at how beautiful everything was....We saw a cool sculpture.... bat boxes... beautiful homes...rode up tight switchbacks.... rode up some more tight switchbacks...enjoyed the view of the 7th hole and then back down. We had a warning at the beginning of the ride on a report of a mountain lion sighting at Hodges but no warnings when other bikers were coming head on or trying to pass.... what happened to "On Your Left"? Although there was a high five to Dan from another biker as they passed each other on the trail - the biker was truly enjoying his ride too!
Anyway.... great ride with perfect weather! Perfect trail to build your cardio too!
