Not really...just kind of old......steady and persistant.

The Kona was at the peak of my fitness.....then the hit n run and aftwards all my crashing started. So.....I an working my way back :wink:

The Temecula 12hr course is much harder...we need to get a group ride going out there :thumbsup:

The Kona course has 1200 ft gain in 15.5 miles......Vail lake has 1350 in 10.
