Hello, just wondering if any of you took part of a ride done a few months ago with mountainbikeBill, it looks interesting and I would like to try something like this when the weather cool off a bit, maybe in the next couple of months?

I made the ride last spring. It was a hell of a day. 46 miles and 11 hours. Longest I had ever ridden. However, it was a lot of fun. Much of it was route finding, etc. trying to link all the existing trail systems. Another ride of "the islands" is tentatively planned for September/October. I will let you know more info when it comes closer.

Maybe a shorter version will be more appealing for some, a point to point ride. Please let me know when you hear about a repeat ride.

Phonger is right... I Evdog mentioned this ride to me, at least from what I remember it seems to be this ride, it was an all day ride, sounds like fun.
