Yeah Tom at Bicycle Warehouse. I've known Tom for 9 or 10 years. The only person to work on my bike other than myself is Tom. Basically, if its something I can't figure out I take it to him.
I've heard Chuck is the man when it comes to wheel building.

So now that you know how we feel, you can be the one turns the store around. Just think of the possibilities of knowing what we don't like about the place without censorship. Then again you could just put up your schedule and we'll only deal with you :) (do you get comision? if all else fails we could hint from time to time to the higher ups that you are the only competent one)

Yeah i wouldnt get offended or take it personal. Performance is huge like Wal-mart so it makes for an easy target. If you like what you're doing, are good at it, and you genuinely help people, more power to you.
