No "E" for thee to see, maybe for the stranger in black whom is caching up behind is on an E. While I was merely using the culvert as a bike stand and not realizing this might be a crossroad evolving from primatal mash to the next techno paradigm assistance. So for now I still love the freedom of not relying on any extra components.

Does anyone know the story behind this? It’s in the pampas grass area, just up from the old adobe house foundation near the Sunny Creek tomato fields, south of Calavera. Guessing it’s someone’s dog, but you never know...

I saw this grave site and took almost the exact same shot a month or so ago. Honestly, it creeped me out and I don't know the story at all. The rock placement and dirt disturbance suggested to me a burial larger than your normal dog but I have no idea, thus the willys.

If is near the creek, I would assume it could be possibly a cross marker for the tragic incident that occurred on one rainy night years ago in the early 1990's. I recall from the news story back then, a car full of migrant women try to cross sunny creek that happen to be running swiftly and too deep to pass in an older sedan. The water fill the car quickly and none of them were able to escape. By the time CFD were able to extricate them out, it was too late, all drown.
