A few quick thoughts that I'm sure you already have in mind.

With your bunny hops, try lifting the front higher first then pull the back up, rather than jumping up evenly with both wheels. You will get higher with much less effort.

With your jumping, try to use a longer faced jump. It will be smoother and not kick the bike as much when learning. Also, find a way to keep the ramp from moving, you are losing quite a bit of energy from that.

Other than that, fuck yeah, keep that shit up! :bang:

Can't recall ever seeing a Brooks saddle on a BMX bike. Nice ride.

Thanks, jump was placed against the curb to reduce the drop on the backside (reduce wussout factor) because of that the base wasn't fully supported as the back was in the "gutter". If I use it there I'll put a board under to support it. If I use it in the road or sidewalk it should sit flat.

I’d actually rather work on bunny hops and wheelies in the dirt. Concrete hurts. However, I have improved my track stands slightly.

I got a 30 day free membership to Ryan Leech's online set of courses. Currently working my way through his track stand class, but with my MTB. It's really helpful to have a skill broken down into a bunch of separate lessons to work on individually. Totally different (and better) than the instruction you typically get on YouTube.

^^^ I agree. His videos and newsletters are clear and well-presented. He seems like a good teacher. I subscribed years ago and still watch the new videos, but honestly I have improved very little. Not his fault — I’m just too lazy to actually work at repetitive practice. I just wanna have fun.
