Ah!!! For once, a screen capture with battery life showing more than 20% remaining.

I'm glad Shimano is planning ahead with the new release...

Gorgeous. Unfortunately, it's only available in the open-minded European market.
Would this cause exodus from the old school Pivot Cult following???
Image

Funny, both Vital and Pinkbike took the Shuttle's PR off their feature page listing.
Maybe bec Pivot realized that it's a euro-only product or Chris is spineless and couldn't handle the North American eBike haters?

^^^ Good question. Maybe / probably, I'm sure they're weighing that. When does the Intense e-bike come out?

I hope not until it's trimmed down to 32lbs.
I'm virtually designing my own Kickstarter eVolved MTB bike.
32 lbs with proprietary emotor and lit-ion battery sitting forward of the seattube above the BB shell. Top tube will have solar panel for constant trickle charge extending battery life (you know, for those long long ass bikepacking that class-1 eMTB will now open up for more fat people like me to dive into the fad). Then since we're in the subject prolonged riding, this eVolved bike of mine will have USB port for my garmin (so I could statistically record all of that 500+ miles of bikepacking with less hike a biking than conventional dinosaur bikes) and also to charge the phone.

I heard backpacking ride destinations will be introducing charging stations or huts and outfits are offering saw wagons with freshly charged batteries. My eVolved bike would (hopefully) sustain battery life for 500 miles.

Gorgeous? Hmmm... A pregnant woman? Yes, very often gorgeous. A pregnant bike? Not so much...

Not horrible though.

We need to make "Human Power Only" shirts. Maybe have an E with a slash through it.
