Damn straight. There is no option for a front derailleur though, which is ok with me.

There is some concern from some Evil owners about the small bearing size and/or quality of the bearings in the DELTA link system. Will just have to wait and see what the early adopters have to say about it before I make any kind of final decision. I will just enjoy the anticipation in the meantime....

About a year ago I met I guy in OC that was a test rider for GT bikes and a couple of bike mags. He and 16 other test riders were in Europe riding a bunch of bikes and he stated almost every one of them including himself said that the Evil uprising was the best bike that they have ever ridden. He had about a dozen prototype GT frames, dozen(s) of enve wheelsets :shock:

, a couple carbon fiber rock shocks, and many other trick , soon to be released (if he doesn't break them) pieces of MTB porn.

I was just reading up on those claims on the bearing and bolts and it didn't seem to be true and others didn't seem to have any issues with them. Older frames years back had issues cracking but I haven't read anything about that for a couple of years now. I'm sure that most of the people that purchase that bike ride it harder than most

Based on the comments quoted above, they have named that color appropriately. I'm hoping you choose the "Murder Black" since we will occasionally be sharing trail.
