I figure if we can have a DT Dogs thread, why not DT Groms? This is for the, say, ten-and-under crowd. I can think of several DT members who could regularly contribute. I'll start with a pic of my grandson, who's just starting out on a mountain bike.

[Hmm... I just noticed his left hand. That may not be his braking finger...I know he hates posing for photos]

Wow! Photo bombing his own pictures with the bird. That's a pretty advanced move for a youngster :ninja:

A beautiful afternoon on the local trails. He rolled this smooth, but he's not ready for air yet. Little dude crashed pretty hard on Berms and that g-out on Carwash. Finished up with a big smile though!

He wanted to ride his old little bike this weekend, and go back to the place he learned at, Buena Vista Park, to try the jumps there again. I was a little worried because the little bike doesn't roll over stuff nearly as easily as the 20" bike, but he rides both and has really been whipping the little one around the patio lately. More flickable (...26 vs29 déjà vu...) and he's more confident. And after suffering in yesterday's heat on the grownup ride, I was more than happy to play in the shade of the oaks today. It was fun just sessioning stuff with him...not that either of us was getting much air. But he was really getting balance and body position down better. I'll let him decide when he wants to ride the bigger geared bike next. If he's happy -- and he nearly always is -- I'm happy.

Great weekend with the family in Sedona. After an initial mishap with my 4 year old on lower Slim Shady, we elected to head over to Bell Rock Pathway for some trail fun.

I keep on forgetting to post something to this thread. Did a ride at Cvera with my daughter last Saturday and she had a blast. Of course, that happened to be the only time I can remember where I forgot to bring my phone on a ride.
