A reply may be in order to point out the obvious: since there are no longer any trails to patrol, such volunteer patrols are unnecessary!

That's the wrong attitude man. Someone still has to make sure the horse people aren't chopping down trees and walking their shit shooting machines through the mud after a rain. Who better to do that than the evil damaging cyclists that have been continuously shit on and tossed to the side?

Can someone please get a photo of the new closure signs at the entrance to the Tunnels, and if possible photograph the signs so the wording is legible on the sign.

I posted such a photo on the CAC's site, in the Deer Cyn folder

I took a look at the photo of the sign you posted on the PQ CAC site; I think that is the old sign.
I got a call from a friend saying they put up new signs over the weekend, as Ray Dolor described in this thread the new signs look permanent, with the wording Trail closed, sensitive habitat.
