Stan's is filing suit against Specialized for infringing patents on certain rims:

The part I like best was when I saw that notubes.com is based in "BIG FLATS, NY". :lol: Aren't they supposed to avoid big flats?

I don't think "probably" is the word for it. They aren't called "The Big S" for nothing. However, patent infringement is patent infringement.
