I will be doing a long ride in CV/Bonita this Sunday if anyone wants to join me. Plan on riding at least 60 miles at a good pace(I am hurting pretty bad from this week but I still want to push it a little). Bring plenty of water, tools, tubes, nutrition, etc. If anyone wants to join me, I will meet you at Performance on Bonita Rd., wheels rolling at 0700 or 0800(I would prefer 0700 but if that's too early I can compromise). The ride will be fun and we will hit up a lot of great local trails. Hope to see some peeps come out.

I'd like to join you for about half of that ride. Are you heading towards Sweetwater/Rockhouse first and are you leaving from your house?

I will be leaving from my house so we can definitely meet up and roll over to Performance together if others are interested. I am not 100% on the route I'll be doing, but I can adjust on the ride so there will be a good bail out point so your not out in the middle of no where.

Sounds good. Do you want to meet at 6:30 @ the corner of Palomar and Medical Cntr? Let me know. I'm good for 3 hours of riding 25-30 miles.

I'm a strong maybe, I got to be back by 10 as well. I'll post up latter tonight if I'll make it. Really depends on how much beer I drink watching the Flyers game and the UFC fight.
