Found out today that I will have Monday off so I am going to do a nice ride out in Pine Valley. Anyone is welcome, just realize that this is a difficult ride with lots of climbing and decent mileage. Plan on riding up Noble to Penny Pines then out to BLT, up Agua Dulce and down Middle Earth, finish the loop then descend Noble. Hope some peeps come out, should be a great ride.

I'd been all over this if I didn't have to work.

I'd be all over this if I didn't have to work, and even moreso if you weren't riding UP Noble!

   That's funny shit, because I thought the same thing! I'll go ahead and say it: it's not because of work, it's not because I'm at sea serving our country, it's because I suck at climbing and I hate it! There, I said it :)

Have fun out there D

I keep wanting to try elboN. I have the suspicion I'd be walking pretty much the same sections up as I already do on the way down (which for me is a fair number of them). Anything has got to be better than up the effing paved road, right?

Work sucks.

I am thinking it will be around 30 miles total with around 4-5k of climbing. To be completely honest I am really, really looking forward to the meadow portion of this ride. I haven't been to Big Laguna Meadow in a while and it is one of my favorite places.
