The Rob Roy is super sexy at LPQ...except when attempting water crossings!

All I have to say to that is: YEAH FUCKING RIGHT! The Turner isn't going anywhere.

http://www.jamisbikes.com/usa/bikes/08_ ... ile29.html

I just got this a few months ago to try out the 29er thing. Turns out I kinda like the SS aspect, and I really like the big wheels!
The only parts still stock are the frame, cranks, brakes and wheels. And the wheels will be getting replaced sooner than later, as the rear hub is a major POS.

I'm old & feeble and all my trails have hills, so I'm running lower gears than most, but at least I'm riding !!

I think I've finally seen the light... one ride and I'm diggin' this old bike all over again. I love how quiet it rides now. Still searching for the "magic gear" to get rid of the tensioner.

Here's mine. Got it from 5spot67 a couple weeks ago. Added some atomlab flats, WTB Rocket V, new rotors and Larsen TT's 2.35. Only had it around the neighborhood a couple times so far, but lovin it. Reminds me of that old BMX....

I never posted my Frankenbike singlespeed, cheap Nashbar frame, Rock Shox Duke fork, Avid BB7 front and Xt rear V-Brake, WTB Mutano tires, broken Specialized seat, Performance SS conversion kit, Bontrager wheels, On One Mary Bar, Surly 32t, used TruVative cranks.
It was put together with old, used, new and given parts, it works for me
