I had a big multi-course lunch (sort of a pre-thanksgiving thanksgiving-style meal) so I simplified my evening eats-bread, cheese, sliced apple and beer. Bread, nothing special. An apple is an apple. The cheese, Cabot cheddar cheese. You know the stuff that you can get at Costco in a purple wax. Bought it a couple of weeks ago and it's at its peak. Nice and sharp. Stone IPA. Simple and tasty.
Post anything culinary. That is all.

^^^ Sounds delicious to me.

ANYTHING culinary? Okay.
Fromage: aged (aka old) Dubliner hard cheese.
Main course: big Marie Callender’s chicken pot pie, fresh from the freezer.
Because: tired.

Testing the new batch of sausage with a side omelette. Tillamook sharp cheddar, shredded pecorino, crystal salt for crunch and heavy pepper. Goobered the omlelette but it was tasty.

Sometimes. Depends on the effect I’m looking for or if I’m just lazy.

Also rinse shredded potatoes for hash browns.
