Hodad's has my vote best burger. where's the bacon!

OB is perfect. it is the place to go, cool stuff close by, Good music at winstons with the wife or family bay ride with kids. You can be a hero :thumbsup: :cheers:

Another place that gets my vote, still hodads my fav, but Islands serves up a pretty mean burger and they have great cheese fries

Yes, Waterfront has VERY good burgers. And I have another off the wall spot.... The Hungry Stick billiards parlor in Claremont. Surprisingly fantastic burgers.

In East County, Beef & Bun is good but ya need to try Double Value Fine Burger in Santee. It's right next to the little ampitheater by Starbucks in the Town Center. Puts Island's to shame.

Low brow, big fun.

They scoop the beef up with a bowl and throw it on the grill.

Encinitas Ale House, it's across the street from Cardiff Classics, small hole in the wall, good selection of micro brews, the burgers are pretty amasing. I recomend the Santana Burger and a Russian River IPA :cheers:
